Mil-Sid Farm

Bio and History

Mil-Sid Farm was founded in 1996 as a family farm opperation. Mil-Sid Farm is comprised of two very different but equally important aspects; We derives our major income from the production of small square bales of hay & Straw, which are then retailed throughout the neighboring areas in and around New York State.

The second area is a nationally recognized breeding flock of Suffolk sheep that are shown from the East Cast as far west as California on an annual basis. The goal at Mil-Sid farm is to bring the highest quality product to our customers whether it is in the bale or on the hoof, while being able to increase acreage, flock size, and continue to make a profit in today´s economy.

Where to find our products:

Our Product are sold mainly off the farm. You will however find sheep available at sales through out the nation in the summer months. Those Sales Include

Eastern States sheep Sale in West Springfeild MA in June,
The Midwest stud ram sale in Sedalia MO in June,
As well as the NY Bred ewe sale in Rhinbeck NY in October.

What´s in Season?

We have a large variety of hay and straw products available at the farm at all times.
With the sheep operation Seed stock and production animals are on site at all times. We also have slaughter lambs available in the spring..
