Bio and History
A "new" farm that 200 years old with hundred of antique apple trees, restored pastures, gravity fed water systems, no tractor and fabulous views of the Catskill Mountain range. Owned and operated by Carol Clement and John Harrison.

What´s in Season?
Great tasting meats and poultry! Our animals are lovingly raised in small groups without antibiotic/hormones, on pastures and without chemicals. Grassfed beef, lamb and goat, pastured pork, chicken, turkeys and eggs. Artisan sausages made here. Award-winning raw honey, soaps, candles, garlic and herbs. Sheepskins, yarn, socks. Our store also carries local cheeses, maple syrup and baked goods from our neighbors. Available year-round. Heather Ridge Farm Store and the Bees Knees Cafe open weekends Memorial Day to Columbus Day weekend. Open Saturdays November-May.
